Dear all,

May is here tomorrow and with it hopefully more Spring - enough of this Danish "all over the place" weather!

Lots of events this month - all of them in English or non-verbal (like Street Art Festival).

I have extended the traffic info section to be overall current info - as May also have a few of those national holidays that the Danes forget to tell you about.

Remember you can also find events at vejle.dk/detsker and welcometovejle/leisuretime

Kind Regards Louise

Book Exchange Market - May 21st

Join the Together Vejle Community for their "Book Exchange Market" at Spinderihallerne.

🙌🏻📚 Bring out your books!! 📚🙌🏻
♻️ And pass them on ♻️

Sara's (from Together Vejle) thoughts behind the idea;

Have you had a stack of books gathering dust for a long time?....they are no doubt GOOD books - books that have served you well, but you have limited space and know there's no point keeping every book you read forever!

I have often donated books to charity shops, but have also often wondered if they'll ever make it into the hands of another keen reader, someone who'll enjoy them as my family or I did.

If you would love to pass these books on to someone, bring them down to Spinderihallerne and see if you can find any you like in exchange (its fine to browse, take and give in different amounts!) ♻️🙌🏻📚😊
